any Good Icon creater ?

    I need a icon creater...

    so that i can creat a Icon from a picture ( icon size picture )

    Icon must have of high quality ( Transparent Background )

    Any idea's ?

    posting on that forum, you should be able to type the name articons into a google searchbox;)
