    I bought a .com domain from them with privacy and all that crap, I paid 37$ for 2 years and it's still pending for more then a week and they don't answer my emails and the help desk is dead, what should I do ????

    Just wait it out, if they dont give you domain in another week or so, create a dispute of item not recieved in paypal. if that is how you pay

    Tell them that you are now putting word out on their crap service and that they will lose custom for sure as you are posting on the largest webmaster sites in the world - the net makes it a small world and I won't use them now you said this!

    I think that if nothing happens in some days you should also write to ICANN. In light of the registerfly scandal they have to take your complaint seriously.

    it have nothing to do with my account saying I live in Libya and my paypal showing my address in London right ?

    I used paypal resolution center and contacted ICANN, and will post on my blog soon .

    Yeah tell us how it turns out. Paypal should take your side if the company cant prove they gave you domain, so you should get your money back

    I've been using idotz.net as my registar for 95% of my domains and have never had a problem. I've used them since 2005 and bought more than 50 domains with them.
