When adding the code I get this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: file_get_contents() in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/catalog/ad_network.php on line 13

Viewable at http://www.vintageagain.com at the bottom.
The setup worked fine on 2 other sites with a PHP forum type setup. Ideas ?

You need to be running PHP 4.3.0 or higher. Check this thread for a hack for making it work with previous versions of PHP.

Well it can't be on *every* page as the links pages you mention are not PHP driven and are startic html pages. I *did* get ot fixed so it shows now on every page on the rest of the site, over 2000 pages now. Ideas ?

If you aren't able to run it site-wide, it would not work for you.
