    where is domain registered and when does it expire? when did site come out ?? and did you pay for the unique template? it looks familiar to me for some reason

    1) the domain is registered with godaddy & expires on may 7, 2008
    2) the site came out around the middle of july
    3) i did buy template and the buyer will have full ownership of it

    Just because there are Google Ads on it doesn't mean it's making revenue. You have to have traffic to make revenue no matter if it's Google Ads or not.
