Selling Education Site: Content Optimized for High Paying Keywords

    I’m interested in selling one of my blog sites.

    Boarding school and education keywords pay very well, and almost all content on the site is unique. I wrote all of the articles, but a few were submitted to EzineArticles as well. The site is currently PR3, but will probably be PR4 with the next update. It is hosted on WordPress, but the content would also work on a regular site as well.

    The site has great potential, but I frankly got a bit bored with it. So I’m selling it to someone who can do a very little bit of marketing and start generating some income.

    The site has made $12.09 total. Overall in the last year it has over 400 hits with quite a few repeat visitors with no marketing on my part. In the last week it made $1.60.
