Damn I thought I had seen some high value clicks before, but this one takes the cake!! a new record after 18 months or so of adsense...

It is showing under content. Anyway most likely there will be some misguided Adword campaign as $28/click is very high.

In all seriousness, this is very unusual. Average value of clicks in that niche is about $1.25

I remember once I made a mistake in setting up an adwords campaign and ended up paying $11 for one click... this might be something like that.

 

Sorry gotta keep the niche to myself - but its nothing really unusual. You can find it in most of the the lists of top paying adsense subjects.

I will say, its got nothing to do with medical stuff.
