Hi,

I'm selling full rights to my script, CountryOnSale V1.2. Included in the sale are:
www.biospherical.net
www.countryonsale.info

And the domains:
www.countryonsale.com
www.countryonsale.net (IF I can remember where it is registered!)

I used to sell the script at BioSpherical.net, but the hosting company I was with went under and all my files were lost. They didn't even give me a backup. CountryOnSale.info is the demo site of the script (it used to be countryonsale.com but that went down with the hosting, so I moved to countryonsale.info).

NOTE: Those are the stats for script sales I've recorded. There has been some extra sales (about 5 I think), which has brought in around $90, but I haven't recorded those sales.

Rights sale (rights to sell the script as a fully-made website on eBay only)*: $600

* Within a few weeks of first marketing/selling the script, an eBay member contacted me asking if they could buy resell rights to the script. I offered them rights to sell the script as a website (not the script alone), which they took for $600. An additional term was that they could ONLY sell the websites on eBay. I think they've stopped selling websites on eBay now anyway, so it isn't a problem and doesn't create any competition.

I've also sold basic resell rights to the script to one person (phppod.com) for $160. This allows them to resell the script and make changes to it as they please. If this is a problem to you, you could perhaps get in touch with them and 'buy-back' the resell rights so you are the only person with rights.

SUMMARY
You're getting full master rights to CountryOnSale, plus the ex-retail website and demo website/domains. You will be able to make changes/upgrade the script as you please, sell it at whatever price you like and wherever you like, and even sell resell rights to the script for an extra $100-$200 a time. The script has brought in a total income of over $1000 to me so far, and has potential to make a lot more money.
Note: I've put a lot of my own money into developing and marketing this script. It was all going very well until the hosting company lost the files for www.biospherical.net, as I was selling scripts daily until then. It was all starting to come into place and the script was in demand. But since biospherical.net went down, I haven't had time to rebuild the website and have moved onto other things. So I think its best the website, domains and rights to the script were sold to someone who can help it reach its full potential.

How much?
I'm willing to listen to offers. I'm hoping someone will see the potential I can see in the script and be willing to make a good offer for everything above.

Ok, I would like to sell the rights etc. as the money could come in handy right now, so I've decided to put it to auction and add a BIN.

Auction starting price - $100 - Min. increment, $50

I'm also still open to offers, but I think the BIN is very fair. For a start, the revenue the script has produced up to now is very good for just over 3 months of marketing and selling (the website was active for around this long). Secondly, I've personally put a couple of thousand dollars into developing the script, and it is at a stage now where further developments can be implemented quite easily (due to the format and development that has so far gone into the script).

Ok, I thought I had a buyer at Sitepoint but he seems to have disappeared now.

So, rights are still for sale as follows:
1) Master resell rights: $950
2) EXCLUSIVE master rights: $1350

Currently one other person owns basic resell rights, and if you choose option one I will retain basic resell rights too.
If you choose option two, exclusive rights, I will not retain any resell rights and the other person who currently owns resell rights will also give up their rights to the script (I am able to buy-back rights from them, we have agreed to this).
