PCNBot , what is it?

    my log shows lots of hits from PCNBot. this consumes a lot of bandwidth.

    i have no clue what's this bot about, it seems to download everything...

    seems lik an attack - anyone knows about this bot ?

    once again, it's "PCNBot"
