Also you can do some organic directory submission, article submission and press release submission to get good incoming links.

Submit site to directories and trade links. Add site to social bookmark sites also.

Put some text with your keywords in the header and footer (make sure you are using h and h1 tags). Also make sure the content on the front page has some good keyword density - 10-12% is fair (your current density for gurgaon is 1.74 - too low). In addition to that you can bold the keywords in the text and keep building backlinks and updating content.

Also: you have too many keywords in the meta description. Choose 1 main keyword/phrase and work hard to get N1 in Google for it. Once this is complete you can start optimizing your category pages.

Use DP advertising network - it will do a lot of backlinks.

I think you can easily get N1 for gurgaon keyword and any other related keywords.

What is Gurgaon? What does it mean? This word is used a few times in your <title> tag, but if I don't know what the word is, I won't use it in my search. I think I understand the concept of your site, just by studying it briefly, but I'm not sure the average individual searching for such info. would understand it. Does this make sense? I guess what I'm trying to say is maybe you think the search engines aren't giving you good rank, but in actuality you have not selected the proper keywords. Just my opinion. Hope it helps.

Get lots of inbound links. Depending on the age of the site, you might have to still wait out Google's aging delay.

A couple of things you could fix on your pages are ....

    1) Javascript code. Instead of including the entire code for all your javascripts within each page, simply link to them. Looking at the source code for your home page, you have a ton of javascript in their. Try linking to the javascript files, and Google will find the content of your pages quicker. For example .. <script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript" src="javascript-file-name.js"></script>

    2) Use the title tag in your links. For example... <a href="realestate.html"> can become <a href="realestate" title="Visir our Real Estate section">
The title for links can be useful to pop in a couple of keywords.

    3) Title tag - At the moment, you title tag is <title>Gurgaon, Business Listing, Real Estate Gurgaon, Job Gurgaon, Career Gurgaon, Advertisement Gurgaon, Classified Gurgaon, Restaurant Gurgaon, Matrimonial Gurgaon, Helpline Gurgaon, Web site design , web site development</title>

This is WAY too many words. Try and focus on the specific keywords for each page, and make the title tags relevant to a specific niche you wish to target. For example, the title tag for your homepage can be ...
<title>Gurgaon Business Directory - Local Business Listings Gurgaon India</title>
The real estate title tag can be ... <title>Real Estate Directory - Gurgaon India Property Guide</title>

Small things like this, especially unique and highly targeted titles for each page can make a huge difference in your positions in Google and other search engines.

    Good luck

    Alex
