    As you said, I am posting everything here.

    First of all, I'll like to claim myself as QUALITY SUBMITTER, AND DOING IT 100% MANUAL.

    Next, 3 to 5 thousand sites or total number of submissions?? can you please clear this? There is a huge lot of difference in volume of work, so I need to arrange accordingly.

    If it is 3K to 5K submission a week or it is 30K - 50K submissions a week then I can handle that volume without hiring more guys. And If it is 3K to 5K projects then I need to hire many guys.

    Next, Discount: for that regular work and that volume of work I can provide you discount upto 40%.
