I have a friend that runs a computer lab at a University and she wanted to know if she would she could created a homepage for all the computers with her adsense ads. Is she asking for trouble?

    Any ideas?

I do not believe that is a good idea. Read some of the threads. It sounds like a member has already had trouble from school network and had his account banned.

bad idea. when google sees most of your traffic is from the same IP block, you're in trouble

What if you run a forum like DP? Forums typically have the same traffic on a daily basis. If google didn't want the same IP clicking ads, then they wouldn't allow ads on forums.

I know that doesn't quite relate to a university computer lab or whatever, but I can't see how google will penalize from the same IPs clicking on ads. As long as they aren't spam clicked and have different session IDs and are spread out a bit, I think you should be fine.

She has other traffic from other sites. Would it be that you just need enough traffic to offset the large amount of visits from the one IP block? Thoughts?
