Seems like PayPal is going to expand again in September... and this time they are going to expand to Estonia too This is the message I got from their customer support, it is only about Estonia, but I am quite sure that when they expand to Estonia they are also going to cover other Baltic countries and maybe even whole EU I really hope this is true (you can never really trust PayPal customer support) because I have been waiting for years to actually use PayPal in Estonia
There is no problem. You can get VMI card as US bank account. It perfectly works as a US bank account for withdrawing PayPal. regards
currently only Estonian status has changed (we can send and receive money) http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=472611 they are soon probably going to expand to all EU countries, but I am not sure when it happens.
i'm waiting for Latvia. does anybody knows when will it happen? I checked paypal site and saw Estonia under Send. Receive. Withdraw to a U.S. Bank Account. I think Latvia also will be under this category. That means that I will can withdraw money to only a USA bank account? I won't can withdraw to my Latvia account if i have added a credit card?
Looks like they expanded only to Estonia of Baltic States .... Why do they ignore Latvia & Lithuania?
I can't believe they are expanding for a small country like Cyprus and not for Turkey which has population over 80 millions.
I am not sure about Latvia's future status, but Estonians can also widthraw to credit card, go to https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-country-functionality-outside and select Estonia PayPal is also available in Turkey (send and receive) https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside
seems like nothing has happened... but you could always move to Estonia we have plenty of PayPal for everyone
Can any1 help me out to say that how can I withdraw my money from paypal to my credit card or bank account which is not of US? Do paypal allows withdrawal directly to the credit card specified?
