Anyone know what is the reason there is a difference, as shown on screenshot, between Todays Earnings and Total Earnings for the same day? Shouldnt they be the same? This has happened several times I've noticed so I thought it was about time to ask whats going on.. Thanks
well its been an hour or more now.. the only difference is that now "Todays Earnings" has gone up to 10.90 while Total Earnings has gone up 8.90- still 2 dollar difference :S
Well its STILL a 2 dollar difference, its a new day, and yesterdays stats shows a total of 9.62 $ which means it never updated those 2 dollars in difference from Total Earnings of the same day. So it never reached those 10.80 dollars which it originally showed (and 10.90 when i checked a bit later). Today, at this moment Todays Earnings says 3.01 dollars, while the Total Earnings for today says 1.01 dollars... so there is still a 2 dollar gap.
I've never seen that before. It looks like the difference is a referral product that's not showing up in the total earnings. I wouldn't worry about the total earnings. Google is pretty good about paying what you've earned.
that really is wierd, never heard of that. Like other here before, i'd suggest you e-mail G and ask them...
Try to check from Advanced Reports page, select the Aggregate Data radio button, and click Display Report. This will include all clicks, page impressions and earnings from your account with no duplication of data. https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=40888&topic=8449
Does anyone figure it out yet? I having the same problem where my "Today's earning" is more than "Total earning". I am just afraid that I have my adsense script somewhere else that I am not tracking on.
