12 year old PR4 site Listed on Yahoo & dmoz from $100
d B t e c h n o.com is up for sale.
The domain was registered back in 1996 and it has never dropped. Actually it's still at NetSol. The frontpage is PR3 but some of the inner product pages are PR4. There are over references in google to this website and it's listed on almost every digital audio resource / directory. The site has been revamped and monetized with adsense and auctionads. It's currently running on wordpress and autoupdating from google newsfeeds. SEO friendly pages are created automatically every day. Revenue is not high at the moment. It's starting to get some adsense clicks as the new pages start to get indexed. As you know old domains get indexed very quickly. Starting price :$100 - Just the listing on the yahoo directory would cost you $300 - According to smartpagerank the site is worth $1000 Verify here Of course according to LeapFish it's worth $190,000  Who invented that?With a little work on linkexchanges the site can make some decent revenue. I do not have time to promote it and that's why I am willing to sell it at an affordable price. Place your bids Thanks

Seems like a nice site missed, and another example and a lesson why urls to sites listed in dmoz, should not be listed in sites for sale or links for sale threads. Maybe there should be a sticky around this topic..

Relevant to this post but not to this sale: why do sites listing an active URL for sale on DP get their dmoz listing yanked? Sites for sale on sedo seem to retain their dmoz listing(s). Myself, I have purchased 3 sites through sedo now and none have lost their dmoz listings.
If anyone has thoughts, I'm interested ... tasty
