How is this possible 2000 links in 2000 different IP

i saw in one of the other threads in here how is this possible by anyone ...
they also advertise 2000 and 3000 i also see a few more folks provide this service...

But how are these folks able to do this...i mean gather 1000 willing web owners

im guessing other webmasters sign up and agree to place their links on their website in exchange for money or their own links.

 

The IP numbers may be different - but I would be surprised if they are different C classes. Google has been particularly eager to value links within the same C class range.

 

Could you explain what a C class is?

 

192.168.1.X
X is between 0 and 255
they are all considered part of a C class

192.168.X.X is B class

192.X.X.X is A class

It is possible... That person mentioned "Text Links placed on 1000 different sites " and he didn't mentioned the exact page where the linkswill be placed. So I think the links will be placed on some inner pages..possibly profile pages... and still profile links works smarter ..post penguin.
