i moved a site some time ago... sadly the main site was down on a full crawl by G but it picked up the redirect that i had one wrong.

    i had Redirect / http: .....

cpanel when entering things as redirects gives Redirect Permanet / http: ...

    i have also seen Redirect 301 / http: ...

    and 301 Moved Permanently / http: ...

what should i use ? and how long will it take to recover from my error ?

one last question... will search thingys pick up the moved site domz listing has moved with the correct redirect code.

please move if in worng forum...

Not to be rude here; but what exactly are your questions? Can you clarify?

    Thanks.
