Well I am kind of stuck at the moment. I want to have a network bar on the top of all my sites that connects all of them together through links. I also want it to be a sleek network bar that actually draws attention but my problem is I do not know where to start. If anyone could help me please help :).

    Ok here's a few options ...

Numero Uno: Create a simple two-frame layout for all of your sites where the actual site opens in the bottom frame and the navbar opens in the top frame.

Numero Dos: Create a simple div that aligns itself with the top of your page and pushes the rest of the content down uniformly, and use a php-include or similar to insert it dynamically at the top of all of your pages ...

Uh yeah time for bowling league, that's all I got for the moment.
