    I am asking about a traffic exchange called TrafficSwarm (btw. it works in cooperation with ExactSeek search engine/directory), because you see, on the Google AdSense Help Center: What can I do to ensure that my account won't be disabled? page it says the following:

    And this particular traffic exchange certainly doesn't work this way, i.e. it's that you surf lists of links member' websites. and you choose which one to click/visit (there's no pop-up involved or anything like that whatsoever), therefore I am interested:

    I would not use a traffic exchange site if you have adsense ads on your site.

    Try social bookmark sites instead.
