I made one of these anime sites and I'm trying to figure out the best way to go about with my streaming + downloads.

youtube is deleting anime and dailymotion can't bring in as much traffic... because it doesn't get as much traffic.

Downloading episodes, uploading episodes, converting to flv takes way to much time... and uses way to much space. (though I still do the downloads...)

so what happens when dailymotion starts deleting more stuff?

 

I don't actually use dailymotion that much actually - I vary it up, but mostly use Veoh.

I'm not going to lie to you and tell you that episodes don't get deleted every now and then, because they do. But you can easily update them in around 2 seconds. Once you have the large video base - your users will stick around because they realise they've found a good site.

 

I'd like to ask how long would the streaming videos hosted on other server last.

 

I left AnimeYay for three weeks without updating videos at all. That was with a base of 1500 episodes.

You don't have to update very often. You can either replace a few a day (4-5) or around 20 a week. It's up to you. Either way, I will provide you with video sources to quickly update the videos.

But on top of that - yes, I will provide details on how to promote these types of sites yourself - along with sources to get extra videos.

will those site be a clone of the sites you done, or will it be customized ?do you include marketing for the site all those? as in how the way you market for the animeyay.com

You choose the anime series for me to base it on ... although I make recommendations. Obviously for some series - the episodes just aren't online. It's usually best to pick the most popular anyway.
