MySpace Resouce Site Scripts

Can anyone tell me what MySpace script is in use at Lush Space and MySpace Style?

I also have the same question about MySpace Metro.

I've recently purchased the sites and the scripts aren't labeled -- a very poor coding practice!

I also purchased a site running MSCMS, only to have my server hacked because of a vulnerability in that script. I upgraded that script to ProfileCMS, but I'm not very happy with that either.

I'm thinking of trying Greg-J's MSRS or msls scripts, but I don't yet know enough to make an intelligent decision in choosing the best MySpace resource scripts.

What other (good) MySpace resource scripts are out there? What makes one better than the others?

I am in a similar situation and have been looking around.
Greg's script looks quite good to me but it's quite expensive.
$400 is a lot of money to run a free resource site.

The first 2 sites you list, lushspace and myspace style are using a free resource script.

Myspacemetro is using Greg J's MSRS script and costs $297 last I checked.

Can you tell me the name of this script? :)

I had better check with Greg to make sure I'm licensed.

I have the same question about For MySpace Only.

I bought the site, but I can't transfer it because the script isn't working on my web server. I need to find support for the script -- but I can't because I don't know the name of the script.

It looks a lot like the script running on LushSpace and MySpace Style -- but it's very different under the covers.

This one seems to want to link back to MySpaceTrain.co.uk -- but there is no reference to a MySpace resource script on that web site.

It looks like they may simply have forked the free script. Hmmm...

    somewhat true

but the one I got, my god
it was so hard to set up
I had to change every single file
    like, it wasn't something like

    $whatever = 'http://url.com';

it had the actual url in each script about 50 times

I gave up after the first two

Early this year, a hole in MSCMS allowed a Turkish hacker to break into my server and delete all of my web sites.

Now, a hole in ProfileCMS has allowed another miscreant to deface one of my web sites.

NO MORE code from those guys for me.

From now on, I'm running Tekime or Greg-J's code.

Until something better comes along, of course. :D

Are you satisfied with Scriptalicius? How easy is the install process as well the administration? Any known bugs?

    Thanks,

Yes, this script is a great place to start building a MySpace resource site.

I can't imagine how it could be easier.

None that I have found thus far.
