    An amazing membership website which currently has roughly 44 paying members, growing strongly. Each member pays about $30 - $40 per month for membership. We had a sale going on, which was the reason for $30 membership, but current membership is $40 per month.

    The site generates approximately $1100 - $1200 in profits every month.

    There is so much room for improvement on this site and you could easily add more paying members.

    The ONLY marketing I have done for the site is:

    - A link to the site in my signature at a popular forum (I'll leave the link there, even after the site is sold)

    - A $5 per month link at www.octora.com

    If you market the site properly, you could easily add 100's of paying members to the site in very short time. You could try pay per click marketing, article marketing, joint ventures, and you could even SEO the site to rank high in the search engines.

    Why am I selling? As you can see from the details above, I haven't even marketed the site properly. I run several other sites and really don't have the time to continue on with this one. Someone who would be willing to market properly, could take over the site and make much more than I have.

    Well every month we upload 4 niche sites and 25 articles.

    Here's the beauty of it. I have resell rights to 1000s and 1000s of niche sites and articles.

    So every month, I just select some of them, upload them, and I am done for the rest of the month. Very simple to upload, just a few clicks.

    I will give the new owner all the content I own, which should last a few years if not longer. So the new owner will not have to create anything, just simply upload once a month.

    I have a question.

    Your site's headline says you can skyrocket adsense income with your adsense ready sites.

    However when you show proof of income on the site to show the future customer you know what you are talking about, you list a bunch of paypal transactions, not adsense revenue.

    If I were suggesting they join my site to make adsense money, I think I would show adsense revenue, not paypal.

    I guess thats more of an observation than a question.

    Read this post once more. You'll see that the product the OP's website is selling a membership to adsense-ready turnkey niche sitse. The OP's website is not basing the profit it makes from adsense....the OP's website is making money from the memberships!
