I don't know if there is a signed agreement or not... But next year we are gonna have a new president, Rudy McObama or whatever his name - he will end our sovereignity for sure, if Bush doesn't. I don't want to wake up anyone who relies on gobermint to care for him, but it seems to me like an easy way to security and prosperity is by stocking up ammo and changing your dollars for gold.
