It is violating Adsense's TOS. It doesn't matter if the site was 1 day old or 100 years old, it is still violating their TOS. Even if a site was old and had adsense on and was breaking their TOS doesn't mean that the Adsense ads has been on the site since it started. The ads could have easily been put on a few days ago.

Other than having porn, through firefox you can even see the full ad. It is cut of on the right side of the ad including the exoclick one aswell.

Maybe it's a site of a Google executive where the rule "do as I say not as I do" applies. LOL

They disable the account usually at the month end or when he reach $100 or when they monitor the account and catches the porn... its upto them they wont disable the account if someone reported that.. they will do only after their own analysis.

    Minterest...
honestly what do we lose if some guy is breaking TOS? I think personally its utterly cheap to report someone to Google.
Think of it as a business..everyone wants to make a quick buck...they 're not harming anyone in the process are they?
Is everyone fair? Is google very fair?
As publishers we're all in the same boat...singling out someone to google is very unfortunate.
trichnosis, if possible please take back your complaint. it does no one any good.
Like movidalatina said, Live and Let Live.
    Peace out..
    Matt
