Need some help here. I'm a beginner in the website world,so tell me: If you had a goal to build 100 websites dedicated to google adsense, which one will you prefer to learn and get a membership at www.lynda.com?

    Frontpage 2003 Or Dreamweaver 8?

It's kind of hard to me. I order them both for ym birthday and I got them both. Please help, this decision is some kind difficult.

    Thanks. Vegas!

    100 sites dedicated to Adsense?

    That's borderline obsessive. :D

Personally, neither. Notepad or SSH will do it for me.

Edit: but if I had to choose, definitely DW.

Dreamweaver 8 for sure. Dreamweaver was rated 1st out of all the WYSIWYG programs. FrontPage was rated like 7th (or 3rd, forgot)

You've got them both. Why not try them both and make up your own mind?

What kind of damned answer is that? What, are you some kind of self-empowerment guru or a psychologist or something :p

Okay, if I had to choose, I would choose anything but FP. Actually I use DW and love it for the most part, but like the good Dr. Baxter stated, to each their own, so if you do have both, try a few pages or sites with each and see which one best suits you.

I've never tried Dreamweaver, I've always used Frontpage but I think I'll have to try it to see what all the fuss is about.

Most of the time, I use neither of them. But I do use DW for table deisgn, it's more convenient than other ways I have tried. I give my vote to DW.

FrontPage gets slammed all the time, usually by people who've never used it but have read others slamming it and think that's the sophisticated thing to do. Earlier versions of FP did have some "weaknesses" but FP2003 is a pretty good editor/site manager.

That said, I never liked DW until version 8 - that Adobe-like interface was clumsy and annoying. But DW8 is definitely a great editor - the first version that convinced me to switch from FP.

I will go with Dreamweaver. It has nice templates already set up. It will be really time consuming, but I bet it will be worth it. Thanks for all your feedback and support.

    Cheers.

That's because there wasn't an option for "they both have their good points" so i didn't vote at all.
