A New Way to Pay - Google Expands Pay-Per-Action for Google AdWords

Google announced today the worldwide expansion of its pay-per-action advertising beta. Pay-per-action is a new pricing model that allows advertisers to pay only when a pre-defined action is completed on their site, such as when a user makes a purchase, signs up for a newsletter, or completes any other clearly defined action. Since the initial launch of the pay-per-action advertising beta in March 2007, many advertisers who have used the new pricing model are pleased with the opportunity to have more ways to promote their products and services online.

It's a good news for advertisers, but should wait and watch how it would effect adsense publishers.

I'm glad they are opening this up a bit. I've been testing the PPA program for awhile and just haven't seen the volume I've needed to really make the program work.

Snot nose punk

I think its a awesome idea. Maybe it will finally get rid of the black hat adsense kooks destroying the quality of traffic google serves it advertisers.
Imagine finally getting 100 legit traffic rather then some bot served traffic
cause some snot nosed punk is trying to make $10 this month.

It is a good news. But how to cope with webmaster if only be credited when sales or leads are completed?

I'm pretty sure this is a very good news for advertisers and quality publishers. I guess the only negative impact will be on low-quality Adsense sites.

Same here, I've received virtually no impressions over 2 months, appx.

Hoping to have more luck with a client that has an offer with broader appeal..
