    I suggest that Paypal may add more hosts/servers as www1,www2... etc

    as auxilary support.If so, more users will use it then:):)

    Paypal was supposed to be up 20 minutes ago but they just updated to this:

    We are currently performing weekly maintenance on the PayPal website and it is temporarily unavailable. We estimate that it will be available at approximately 3:00 AM PDT.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    That's just over 3 1/2 hours from now.:(

    Since I began using paypal some 4 or 5 years ago this is the first time I had to urgently pay for something and also the first time I've seen the site down for more than a few minutes. What are the odds?

    Well, its back now, I presume.Actually since I am in India, I dont find this problem because our country time zones differ.Mostly I dont work during those hours when its down time foR PayPal.
