You may have listed for what ever.

    What is your selling price?

If the price is reasonable we can close the deal in the next few min.

    Where is the url registered?

    A little extra info:
    The site makes $172 a month selling links = $2069 a year
and even though we do not market it, it still brings in 8 leads a month at $38 per on a reseller program = $3648 a year (roughly)

Now of course these are my clients that pay for the links, and purchase the leads, and they do not go with the site, but if I can do that with no extra work put in, or money spent...that is the kind of potential this domain has.

I will do a quick, no hassle wire transaction for $3500. As is.
If the deal is done soon, meaning, to someone who knows what they are getting.

Dude , just use Archive.org, and stop using those 4 year old data bases to check age.
They only go back 4 years, or last renewal!
    *sigh*

Really? So you are saying a 7 year old Mortgage/Finance Domain (,com), one of the most heavily sought after markets on the web, (with mortgage leads being in short supply and getting $38 a lead, through an affiliate, and up to $80 on the open market) as marketable and memorable as "Borrow Today", with 7 years of hosting fees, and SEO, PR 3, that makes me more income than the asking price, is worth less than the price of a bucket of KFC Chicken?

Or even better , that I should sell it for $10, so that you can sell one lead from it and triple your money, and then go on to make a few grand a year from it, just duplicating what I do with it.

You, my friend are in he wrong business if you even think that is possible in the real world, or your stand up act..sucks!

thats whois data, it shows the age since domain was registered, not renewed. (it might have been registered and expired before thus the archive listings)

I wonder where do you come with the 4 years mark?

So the Archive listing is faked?, or I just made it up?
So you are saying that this has not been online since 2000?
I know "Domain tools" wasn't, nor was "Who is" Data.
If it were 4 years old, would it be worth less?
How come everytime someone lists something for over $40 around here that doesn't rely on adsense, there are so many non relevant comments.
    I don't get it.
You can't even access the archive on "Domain Tools", because it's blocked.
But I can tell you that all who is data bases are not the same, so wouldn't it be prudent to use one from a company that existed before , or during 2000?
    Does any of this matter?
Are you even interested in this domain?
Is there some reason you question the validity of it's age, even after I just showed you what it looked like in 2000?
    What is the deal here?
If you are interested in purchasing, couldn't you have just said, "Hey , I'm interested, can you show proof on paper of ownership since 2000? (Like a real person)
I don't understand what your point is here.
I'm selling the domain. It's been indexed since 2000. I just showed it to you from a reputable source.
    What?
Did I mislead or fake something here?

Geez.. I'm just explaining you what it means and what drig intended in his post.
These are two completely different things: archive.org and whois, they show different stuff, you can't compare it.
Whois shows domain age, and archive.org stores archives for sites. Domain age is updated after it's expired.

its a nice domain, good luck

Sorry, I may be a little sensitive, it seems everytime I post something outside of an MFA domain, I have to weed through unrelated comments about "Who is" and "Archive" and the difference.
I merely stated that it has been online since 2000.
    And it has.
Usually that is a good thing for buyers who are looking for something established.
    Thanks for the comments:)

But it hasnt been online since 2000. It was registered, dropped, and then picked back up. That makes a HUGE difference, because Google recognizes the drop and the renewal. And yes, a 4yr old domain IS worth less than a 7yr old domain (similar names of course). And yes, I'm interested in the domain. I'll bid $15. Also, also remember that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay.

This is not an auction, but I am interested in serious counter offers.
And yes it is worth what someone who knows what they are doing, is willing to pay, not what ONE person is offering .
I'll take my chances in the big wide world of 300 million + internet users and webmasters, or just continue making the revenue,
Thanks for your generous and educated offer.
    When I register a few "crappy-crap-mortgages.net", I'll give you a holler:D.
Is there something about me that makes you think I'm a chump? or is it some kind of sport around here to attempt to ruin a thread, when you are not interested in doing business, and acting like a professional?

Sure, if you ever have any other mortgage related domains, I'm always buying. Also, you may want to be a little "nicer", because there may be other interested parties that may be shied away from a sale due to your attitude. Have a good one and good luck.

I can't be any nicer. I'm in a very good mood today.
Please stop posting ridiculous offers, or start your own thread.
It clearly states to PM ME with questions, which others have seen and PM'ed me, yet it is common practice around here to jump in a thread with a bunch of grade school bull.
This is the price I want. It is listed plainly, with the reasons why, and that I am open to serious counter offers. Also that I will answer any questions via PM, yet you think it's funny to post $15.
I think you are the one showing your business sense and skills, not me.
Please. Please! Just move on to someone else's post, I will not do business with you for any price.
    Thank you.

Thank you for your time then and best of luck selling the domain. Gave you a few free bumps I guess.
