Trying to find a List of Directories

There was a nice site aorund that listed some of the better directories to submit to, with comments about trunaround time, costs, pros and cons. I've searched and cannot find the link.

http://www.best-web-directories.com/directory-list.htm is the closet to what I remember - but that's not the one I was looking for.
