Desktop Ping Programm?

Hallo,
do you know a url where I can download a good desktop ping tool?
(if possible in german language)
Effbot is good, but often shoot down.

 

why would you need this?

 

to ping all possible pingsites, there are so many, and other countries. Is there something not good?

 

Blogspot probably already pings most major services when you make an entry.

 

No, they only ping weblogs if you select that option.

I have downloaded it. Error warning: "mswinsck.ocx is not valid or not right registered" or so. What can I do?

I tried it, but "LoadLibrary mswinsck.ocx Modul was not found"
I have not such file mswinsck.ocx in my windows.
I can try to download it from the internet or from the winxp CD, but where can I put this file in?
but what is this for a file, what does it do?
My windows xp is german.
