Email provider/Host
Over the last few months, numerous emails have been failing to reach my business' inbox and certain outgoing emails are disappearing. Currently I put them through my host (hostgator), but now I'm looking for a more professional service that has good uptime, excellent connectivity, a reasonable price & good bandwidth limits.
Does anyone know of such a service and can perhaps recommend one from personal experience?

I recommend www.tuffmail.com
You can set up with just 1 mailbox and set up multiple aliases and domain aliases. It comes with webmail and Spamassassin. POP or IMAP. I use Thunderbird email client and works like a champ with IMAP/SMTP. You can have domain aliases so that any email sent to "you" "@anyofyourdomainnames" will reach you. (They have to add your domain aliases for you.) Or you can have multiple email aliases go to "you" as well. (You can configure the email aliases.) You can buy as much bandwidth as you need. However, they have a zero tolerance for spam. Check them out. Quote:
