I'm looking for a PHP based ad server which can * manage multiple domains on multiple servers * allow ads to be "Run of Site" or for a specific section * allow ads to be limited to a number of impressions per day * allow customers to manage their campaigns * allow gif, jpeg, flash or html ads * track impressions and hits * provide billing summary We can add code to this (if it's open) but the framework has to be right. phpAdsNew might be able to do it but not sure about the last one on your list. Might provide a basis to just add to it, unless there is already a billing add-on around.
