Authorised contacts

    We often find that an account has many authorised contacts who are allowed to make various changes, access support etc (such as external web designers, internal IT support people etc.) It would be useful to be able to store a list of contacts who are authorised to discuss/modify the account....

    The rewrite already has that in place.

    Excellent. I was suggesting it for the rewrite :)

    Incidentally, any idea when you're likely to feature freeze the rewrite (so we can all make sure we've got our suggestions in beforehand?)

    I doubt there will be a feature freeze... just keep adding things until there is enough to make it useable, then come out with periodic updates with the new features.
