Professional looking site needed - $200 to $500!! One week

I've spent a small fortune on contests this week but have got some great stuff. Here's another.

I need a site designed and built for me, a fairly simple one for northshoreprojects.com

If you look at the site now you will see why it needs to be done.

I am using the header from post #62 here: - the top one.

I need a full site of 6 pages:

Home, Company Profile, Services, Investment Partners, News and Contacts

You can see the kind of content I will be using from the current site. This is a property development company that also offers project management and consultancy services. Deals in medium to large commercial projects like hotels and housing developments.

On the home page ideally I would like a section of 'Latest News' that will contain the headline of any news that I put on the news page.

The colours are blue and gold. I would like some flash on the front page but not essential and nothing that slows the page loading too much. Maybe flash navigation buttons too? I think I like the idea of using the 'N' as a button - not sure though.

Any photos used I must be allowed to use obviously.

I would like you to post the front page design here and I will give regular feedback. The contest is open for one week but I will close it earlier if I find a design I like enough before.

I will pay a minimum of $200 and up to $500 at my discretion. I hope and think that the quality I have seen so far on this forum will make it worth it.

That's a good start, I like it. Maybe a little bit plain, but that's not necessarily bad.

Ideally I'm looking for a full site here, all zipped up and ready to go. However, if someone designs it and someone else will make I will pay both. Anyone want to quote for making this from a design I choose?

Cherina, I like your designs so much I would like you to have a go at just the design even if you can't do the html.

 

I wasn't too sure to go with this.. seen as though everybody like this corporate style of design I came up with the following. Also, I can have this into a fully working XHTML/CSS W3C Valid website. Any additional information on what you require would be greatly appreciated.

I can actually code this up to WAI-AAA Standards if you like... or settle for CSS2 and XHTML1.1 ... but anyways, I kept it simple so I can get inputs from you first before I do too much work on it...

Do you have any suggestions or thoughts for my next try?
