In India running an adult domain >tell me worst possible thing can happen ?

Worst thing that can happen:

IP address, i do not think it is possible to operate on proxies all ur life hiding ur real IP

 

Just ask some friend from the U states (or anywhere else, can be Africa too) to help you buy a domain (fairly easy) using his contact details, give him some %age or make a deal as both of u please, and your safe to the core, and don't put any mms of your friends.

 

You can work for a foregin based company that does pr0n stuff and get paid too, thats what hez going to do, or atleast show it this way.

 

hmm that sounds good but the question is lets say I have a namecheap account. I give my account login info to someone else sitting in other part of world. So he will buy a domain with his address info ? & then later I can change user & pass of my namecheap account & at last domain is in his name & I can use it in my way ?

or he have to buy a domain from his new namecheap account & he will give me his account info. & I will change login inf then ?


& the thrid thing is if I have already got a domain & I want to use it as an adult site. What to do ?

I will tell you a 10 point plan

1) get a domain name
2) get who is privacy
3) use the who is privacy on your adult domain name
4) get hosting service from US, since porn is legal in US
5) put content on your site
6) invite me
7) promote your site
8) see your cash counters ringing
9) dont disclose your identity anywhere on the site that you are an indian and operating from india
10) sell of the site after some time and create a new one, that way you wont risk getting caught.

 

2nd thing is the safest bet. Mate pr0n means huge revenue, and your shying away just from registering a new domain? If money is an issue buy a info or org or anyother cheap domain. You can also use a .tk btw, that is free and hassle free... just ask someone from abroad to register it for you, coz they might log your ip, proxies can be easily tracked, btw.

 

No matter how private it is, once a legal issue arises these private companies just give away all your info.

bro after we bought domain on last page there is something written like this ip address bought this domain. So that ip address is gonna be from India.

So..use a proxy or a cyber cafe or a friend's home or a dynamic IP......trust me no one is going to bother about all these details...register a domain for 10 years. After you set the nameservers, never log into the domain account.

and frankly the police in india have a mind set that usually the porn site are operated from outside india.

so they dont care much...and with so many porn sites they are not gonna keep a tab on each one...
