I just got Adsense approval for a site, but so far that site is still under development, and not getting any traffic yet. I have another site with more traffic. Do I have to ask Google for permission to put Adsense there, or can I just go ahead and paste in the same HTML?
No, You can place the adsense wherever you link - I'm surprised you were accepted if they only looked at a site still under development... Normally they would have said no.
Google seem to be less worried about incomplete sites / lacking in content. I know 3 people who I told about adsense and they got approved via their subdomain.blogspot.com with only 1 or 2 posts. But as for putting Adsense on different sites, go for it! Look at this forum, users can put their adsense code on for a 50/50 impression share of the threads they start.
Wait what? I signed up with my main site, and then added other sites in the channel area (like blogger and a second domain). Is that wrong? Do i have to get pre-approval for each site?
No. Just make sure everything on those pages complies with the ToS. Put the code as many places as you can. <script ... oops.
No, that's what everyone just said lol You only need to get approved for one site, then you can post the code wherever you want (Except Adult etc...)
Sorry to hear it didn't work out. Thanks for the clarification guys. All my stuff, i believe, is all OK in the TOS. But i'll have to skim it again.
While on the topic, I do not really expect any AdSense revenue sharing forums millionaire yet, but would some of the high frequency posters care to share if they make any real DP forum shared AdSense revenue. Just curious Ajeet
Ajeet, You stole my thought I just didn't think of a way to ask it without requesting people break the Adsense ToS about confidentiality. Anyone?
Sholva, I am working on the assumption that the confidentiality clause has been removed recently. Isnt that so? There are a lot of TOS concious people on this forum that keep talking about cpc. Ajeet
Simple anwser - No I don't think I have really seen anything to speak of, but Shawn did mention that there was someone making one or two hunderd a month (I may be wrong on that one - it was a while ago) - but really, I haven't seen anything like that.
