I would recommend Paidhosting. One of my site has been hosted there since January and it has been smoooooooth. Who says cheap means poor quality?

I got the hosting as a temporary means of hosting my site until I can find a "better" hosting, guess what? i'm stuck there as it is what I need and I did not have to pay $4.99 a month
