Youtube video grabber script needed

Hi

Im looking for a script that could grabb all video embedded codes, tumbnails and discription from youtube and all other social network sites and automatically add them on my humor website.

So, basically all i need this script to do is embed youtube movies on my website with a tumbnail
image and the discription

Does anyone have such script or know where to find it ?

Almost something like this . Basically it must search youtube - extract the embeded code, title , discription and thumbnail image and automatically add it to my website

I know im asking allot but it should be a simple job for a coder
to design and i think there are someyhing like this available
but didnt have any luck finding it yet
