Average Salary In India

May I know how much you guys Indians receive monthly?

 

It depends on the profession though, which career salary are you looking at?

 

dude it depends on the Company and Profession ..
I think IT Professionals earns the most in India

 

From my knowlodge 1$/day that's the avarage and mos payout in India

 

How many hours of work is that? Even $1 an hour is super cheap.. minimum wage is $8 CDN / hour here..

 

I am poor . Sometimes i earn sometimes i do not.

 

i think it depend on your work,if you are in corporate world u can get from around 25,000Rs to 5 lacs

 

aww! C'mon dont underestimate Indians that much ...
Some Indians earn Loads of Money, some indians earn nothing

 

Zero, there's mcdonalds there right? How much do they pay an hour.... I bet it's much less than here and it's the SAME work!

may be $2-3/hour

 

same work... while it's $8/hr here... that sucks.. but again the cost of living there is cheap so we have to consider it in ratio (ah... someone want to calculate that? )

 

ok if they earn $3/hour here...
I.e Rs. 120/Hour and works for say 10 hours ? so that comes to Rs. 1200/day ?
and thats not a Bad Money in India (per day ofcourse) too good to be true

 

I cant believe this rate, so it's 30USD/month. How can they feed their children w/ this amount of money ???

 

Let me tell you this.

If the $ fall to INR 30.00 there will be lot of IT jobs available in US.

As the Indian IT guys will start to leave for a better paid jobs in INDIA.

Well i am Working for a Telecoms Company In India!
My Month salary is Rs 6800 (about 250$).

But i can earn more than that just working 4-5 hours a day at my home

It all depends on what everything costs. $30 wont buy as much in the US as it would in India by a long way. I am not sure the cost of living over there though to know exact numbers.

 

Please don't post information unless you are in the know.

 

There are many rural areas where worker work for one 80-100 rupees!

You cant imagine that how poor are people in some area they dont get 2 time feed for them

The GNI per capita in India is $720. ($60 per month)
But like everyone says it depends on Jobs, like in Europe/USA there are people earning millions and people struggling to get by.
