I was egged on my a few photo buddies of mine. The idea was to capture water droplets. Sounds simple enough right! Needless to say once I got into the studio and began to tinker around, I found it was a lot harder than it sounds. For fun, just wanted to share some of the progression/progress I have made. I’m almost to the point where I am satisfied but as you will see, I started out slow ;-) Splashing water in a coffee pot: liquid clothes detergent and a black light: green(food coloring) water and a “wedgit†(kids toy)
dude, that's awesome I can see some deep philosophical meaning in these photos .. um.. or maybe its just me
that's the great thing about digital, you can toss the crappy ones It was fun to try it out as I had never done this kind of stuff. My 2nd and 3rd attempts(sessions) got a lot better results too
How many frames can your camera take in a second? !!!! Those are way too cool. I'm looking to get a Nikon D50 SLR!!! I'm a beginner.. unlike you! PRO!
there is no spoon! no wait, timing is everything ;-) TYVM Thanks. I know what you mean. I miss some things sometimes just b/c I like to just move on! I have to glue myself to the chair to get stuff done
those are amazing pics! just the click at the right time, or perhaps a very good camara! am planning to get a digital camara soon, i will sure that some pics like those, cheers!

Wow Great Photos dude, gotta show these to my Dad, He is Professional Photographer too Thanks for sharing
Those pictures are amazing! It must take a lot of knowledge about photography to capture those scenes...
well in a case like this unless you have a high speed (strobe) light, you just take a whole bunch of frames at once and hope you get something good. the most difficult part really is getting good focus. macro is awesome, probably my favorite cool! tell him to go easy on the critique ;-) wit until you See the next batch! The Setup: Canon Digital Rebel XTi, 24-105/4L lens, Sigma DG 500 Flash shots like this require a little bit of everything - though honestly it's 1/2 luck 1/2 skill
