ePassporte no longer supporting Paypal

A couple of weeks ago, I tried using my ePassporte card which I linked to my Paypal account but it appears that my Paypal transaction have continually failed so I decided to write to ePassporte. They finally replied with this message and I thought I share with those of you who intended to use your ePassporte card with Paypal.

I am not sure but probably because of the level of chargebacks or the new anti-money laundering rules.

I think ePassporte never worked with PayPal, I had ePassporte a year ago, and they said VCC wont work with PayPal and few other merchants...

I did add my epassporte virtual visa with Paypal and it got validated. And I did use it to pay through Paypal several times over the last two months.
