YouTube Launches Revenue Sharing Partners Program, but no Pre-Rolls

I hope this will be great. YouTube will use in-video advertising system .

But the program is limited to only premium publisher content.
What do u think about this ?

Google bought YouTube a few months back.

Any ways it would be nice though. Considering how many websites I see using YouTube videos.
