Uh, you get an email after you submit leting you know it is pending and you get an email once it has been approved.

Uh, ok. It would still be nice to see online in the control panel. How long does it take for the email to go out. We submitted 20-30 min ago and nothing's arrived thus far. Just curious. Very nice sites btw.

completely agree with you. 1 press release a week is enough to target a keyword. but it is advised to submit press release on all top free press release websites.

Hi, Here you have a new one also that goes your news to google news directly after approval and it is FREE , www.pressdistribution.org , after sign up wait for admin to approve your profile, write good press releases and you will notice good traffic from search engines and google news. You can add also 1 anchor text ! not more or they will delete it.
