    Why are you selling?
    My partner and I have decided we don't have the right time nor passion to make the site go to its full potential.

    Before you ask, the CMS script is unique...

    Demo of the script

    Yes, this is a cms script where users download the script and set it up on their site. The admin panel is very advanced and has a lot of features. Check the site for the features.

    Just to clarify what you will receive, The Domain Name, The Website, And EXCLUSIVE FULL rights to the Advanced CMS Script (you can keep the script as a free piece of software or sell it for whatever you choose with no royalties---YOU OWN IT)

    This software has enormous potential, I have had a chance to work with it and it is very complete and easy to use.

    We do not have the time right now to develop this however and we need the money now in order to pursue a Forum venture, our loss is your gain.

    This is a great first true business venture. All the hard work has being done now it is just taking the time to promote it and further develop the software and brand image.

    Assume no revenue but traffic has being good considering the little/no advertising done.

    Did you code the script yourself ? If yes, then if I buy the script & it's exclusive resell rights, I might have problems providing support for it unless I know the script inside out.

    Nope, he was creating it on rogem.net but he said after this sale it will be took off. There may be some "RRLCMS" around the admin panel, but thats what he called the script when he was making it. Nothing to worry about.
