I am getting the same error and after checking their security recommendations I've removed my IP from the sites mentioned. And it will take upto 48 hours to remove from their sites This really is frustrating.Hope this will be solved asap.
In your E-gold account, did you enable that Check IP Option ? If you are using an ISP which does not provide static IP address, it is best to disable that feature or else you might just be locked out from your account.

Yes i have enable the check IP option for security reasons and my IP is static.The problem is i cannot login from my IP but can login from other PC,dat means my account is not blocked,its just an IP issuse. u never know,its an internet world.anything can happen.
If your IP isnt removed still, contact e-gold. They are helpful and do reply within 24-36 hours. Better than PayPal from whom I never got any reply to my queries.
How to contact e-gold,i cannot login from my system or i have to go to my frends room to contact them.Is there any e-mail id or ph no of e-gold staff?

2 business days means after Sunday I'm going to check if changing IP works or not then I'll contact Egold too. Though I've taken the steps to remove my IP from DNS blocked list but ....
