Can anyone tell me a free program with no watermark or something that I can make a gif out of a video with? Or can I give you the video and you make it into a gif? The size of the video is one meg, I really need help.
Or can anyone convert a wmv I have into mpeg? Or tell me a program that will do it for free without a watermark?
