This is true even with google search result
try searching for some adult keywords, click on top ten result displayed in google.
It is very likely your computer will get spyware,adware,virus from few of these search result.

I don't think there's that much wrong with them, as long as you don't click them to take you to sites that you give out financial information or anything.
