Proxy site - 1 Year old with traffic and revenue

    Hi,

    I am selling a proxy website which is one year old. The site used to get 800+ uniques a day, present traffic is at 350+ uniques a day. Because of traffic and consumption of resources, my shared hosting provider forced me to transfer the site to another VPS. the other sites which are on VPS needs much system resources similar to this proxy site. So I decided to keep my other sites and let this proxy site go.

    It has PR2

    Adsense revenue since 2 days: $2.05
    $1.75

    I never had a channel to this site, so cant provide the old day of adsense revenue. Just 2 days back I have added a channel to track this site revenue. About promotion, I have only spent 2 hours in total of 1 year, so its very clear that if you spend atleast 5minutes of your time it would yield much returns

    I am very sure that it can easily earn $2 - $5 a day if you spare 10-15 minutes of your time twice a week and provided you have enough server :)

    Just to responding to general questions that i had through PM

    The site is 1+ year old and have good traffic as well as revenue
    Created: 05-apr-2006
    Expires: 05-apr-2008

    So you have almost 1 year time for next renewal.
    Even if you assume the least revenue could be $30 a month
    $30x12= $360 and my ASK price (BIN) is set to $200
    I have seen people selling new proxy websites at $50+

    I don't think my BIN is un-realistic.

    Please PM me if you can offer the BIN or atleast some where near to it. Don't just try to take the referrer info and other stats to promote your own proxies or to pass your time.
