Adsense Account BAN Count - *Only for Proxy Owners*

    First, Read this:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=293762

On going discussion at that thread shows that LOTS of proxy owners got their adsense banned lately.
Looks like "The Banning season" is on. Lets count how many proxy owners lost their adsense account.
Please follow following instructions so that we can conclude some good stuff when we have some good numbers.

    1) If your adsense got banned:
    Then post with following informations:

    2) If adsense FINED you:
    Then post with following information:
    3) If you got a WARNING form adsense:
REMEMBER: COUNT YOURSELF *ONLY* IF YOUR ADSENSE GOT BANNED/FINED BECAUSE OF YOUR *PROXY* SITE. DO NOT INCLUDE YOURSELF IF YOU GOT BANNED/FINED BECAUSE OF YOUR SOME OTHER *NON-PROXY* SITE.

    Intentions of this small survey:
    1) Guys are predicting that adsense is targeting proxy sites now a days. - This survey will show if it is true or not.
    2) Guys are predicting that most probably your account got banned because you listed your site at proxy.org - This survey will show if it is true or not.
    3) And maybe much more when we end up.

    You can also...
Mention yourself if your adsense got banned/finned for your *non-proxy* site. BUT, in that case... plz dont count yourself as this survey is intended to count only proxy site 'banning pattern' from google.

Lets start counting. And looking forward to some juicy conclusions.

ALSO NOTE: When you say 'YES' to 'Was listed at proxy.org' it means that you PAID them to advertise your site there (No matter 1st class or 2nd class or Bold listing). Proxy.org by default lists almost ALL proxy sites. so, say 'YES' *only* if you *PAID* them.

ps: i just noticed that i made this one in general section by mistake. mods plz kindly move it to adsense section.

you forgot to inlude people that have been warned by adsense but not banned. because as the issue has grown large scale with proxies google seems to have gone from banning to warning and fining proxy owners.

I have all proxies banned on my discussion forums, - received to many spams. I think proxies are a real problems, because they getting abused to much.

If someone runs adsense on proxies don't be surprised when your account gets banned.

maybe I should write a "how I get my account back from Google ebook" and sell it for 5.95 to try and recoup some of the money that I have lost as a result of this fiasco....

i am working with Google to try and establish an alternative appelas process for people affected by this deal....

i run proxy websites also but do not use adsense. if you look at your visitor stats closely, you can see that large school districts, such as los angeles unified school district, use internet systems that show the same IP for every computer plugged into the network. i think i am getting clicks but they are not counted since the system thinks it is from the same computer.

    WARNED Count No: 1
Was listed at Proxy.org: NO (yes, but not a paid listing)
You claim you are innocent? YES
Comments: The day I got the warning I was modifying one of my site templates, so I was generating a lot of impressions on my site. I did send an email to google and they stated that they don't care anymore how many impressions I create on my own site, just as long as I don't click any ads. I can't say for sure, but I don't think my proxy was the one that generated the email since I was modifying a different site that day (and modifying the look of the adsense ads). And yes of course I was innocent because if I was using a pay to surf/click or clicking on my own ads on purpose, I think I would have made more than $100 in a YEAR! I stated this to google in my email and they promptly ignored that fact which is kinda funny!

If you read the instructions listed in the first post, it said to put NO if you did no PAY to have your site listed on proxy.org. I did not pay, but it is listed!

    Now that sounds interesting!!
i hope google knows about it... i *hope* ;)

When i experiment with my template... i just remove my 'pub-id' from the ad. so, ads do show up but there is no 'pub-id'. And even if its wrong... then who can they ban when there is no 'pub-id' ? :D

Yeah because, proxy.org lists almost every proxy site. so, we'll see how many paid to get more clicks and then got banned/finned/warned.

    BAN Count No: 4
Was listed at Proxy.org: Yes. Top 10 listing for $250 a month.
Did Google reply to your mail: No. Bastards.
You claim you are innocent? Yep.
Comments: I made a thread about this on DP some months ago, when I was receiving WAY too many clicks. I was receiving a 20% CTR on ads not good enough to get 2% otherwise. I was told to install an ad click logger (forgot the name of it now), and ignore it , enjoy the money.
I didn't like it - I thought something was fishy even back then, so I sold the site right here on DP.
