Any one able to translate this in to English??!!! It looks like it has to be the winning bid to make money, and no more $20.00 per sign-up payment.
I'm also having a hard time understanding all of this. While some people are claiming that affiliates will now earn $12.00 per registration, others are stating that the commission structure will remain the same at $20.00 per registration. Also, in order for an affiliate to earn a commission on new registrations, the new user must place a winning bid within 30 days? This it seems would be the most crucial change...if at all true. I found this thread helpful: http://forums.ebay.com/db1/thread.jspa?threadID=1000062316&tstart=0&mod=1126044409868 and http://forums.ebay.com/db1/thread.jspa?threadID=1000062851&tstart=0&mod=1126546225304
I think it's for all countries. Don't E-mail your spam subscribers ebay ads or ebay might dump you!!! Re: ebay change: As long as we get some of that per sign-up money, I'll be happy!!! Now it might be a good idea to promote high cost items. Gold, jewlery, cars(?)....
Thanks Shawn. That thread answered most of my questions. I wonder how these changes will pan out for everyone? Time will only tell.
