How Do I Contact a Parked Domain Owner?

Well, I found a few domain name that have been registered and parked, and I'd really like to buy them. However, like most other parked domains, there is no contact email or anything of the sort. I thought that when people park domains, it was mainly to "reserve" it to sell at a higher price (while receiving some money from clicks during the wait). What's the point if people can't even contact you?

I did a whois search, but like most domains, the emails are hid from the public, or the emails are actually the registrar emails, or the emails are trash registrar emails where you never get a response.

I really want to buy them... any ideas?

If they are using Whois Privacy, you can send emails to those address and it will be redirected to the owners.

Alternatively, if the owners parked and intend to sell those domain name, visiting the web site may offering some sales contact information.

Or if there is a snail mail address, you could always write to them.

I don't know if this will work, but you can try searching Google for the parked domain. Just write into the searbox the name of the domain name as it is, e.g. "parkeddomain.com" and you may find the domain name being discussed in a forum and in such a way you may find the owner.

When I try searching Google for my domain, among the results there are my digitalpoint threads that contain my domain name.

    Good luck! ;)
